I teach 90 minutes Hatha Yoga class.
It involves breath awareness, short pranayama, asana practice, and relaxation.
It’s an alignment based asana practice, balancing building strength and increasing flexibility safely.
Success is to leave the class more energized, and with a calmer and clearer mind.
I would like students to bring their own mat (even tough I provide spares for occasional cases) as a Yoga Mat is a very personal item; and it reinforces commitment to one’s practice. Optional they can bring a light blanket to use at the end for relaxation.
I provide blocks & belts to start with.
