I teach yoga from the very beginning. I start teaching from Ashtanga Yoga with theory class on Yama and Niyama. Then only I go to Yogasana. Yama and Niyama are the fundamental requirements for any yoga practitioner. If one practice Yama and Niyama in their life at every moment, then his yoga practice is complete and can achieve great results. But one do not know or practice or follow Yama and Niyama, his practice just waste and bull shit!
Also I teach yogasana with proper technique, scientific base and proper and alignment and anataomy. After Yogasana, I teach proper Pranayama technique which will be extending to Meditation. This is the complete ideal yoga that I teach.
I have served an Enlightened Master or Guru for more than 8 years in an Indian ashram in Kerala, India. Hence I know what are the ways to teach any type of student and how motivate, inspire and bring them up in the path of yoga.
