I started yoga at the age of 5 . By the age of 15 I learnt so much about postures and diet , I was not satisfied with my pranayama knowledge . So at the age of 16. I started traveling and met many real yogis in Himalayas. And stayed with them for many years and studied typical yoga and pranayama , bandhas , mudras , meditation . After my Himalayas journey I went to different schools in India to get certified to teach.
